Administrative Assistant - Thailand
Looking for a hands-on way to explore international missions? Step into everyday Thai life while supporting long-term mission work through practical admin tasks. Based in a small town on the edge of a vibrant city, you'll live next door to a missionary family and immerse yourself in the rich culture and history of the unreached Isaan people. This role includes researching and developing resources for missionaries, plus managing a small postal library that serves missionary kids across rural Thailand. It's a unique opportunity to serve meaningfully while getting a firsthand glimpse into cross-cultural ministry.
During your time with Embark, you will serve with One Mission Society, build relationships with youth and young adults, receive mentorship from experienced missionaries, expand and hone your skill set, and grow in your ministry approach to evangelism, discipleship, missions, and communicating your testimony.

Responsibilities:
- Serve alongside OMS missionaries in Thailand by assisting in research and creation of field resources (example: people group profiles, church location mapping, loading audio bibles, welcome booklets).
- Learn about Thai culture and observe and experience various ministries in Thailand.
Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Some college preferred
- Adaptability
- Good relational skills
- Strong administrative skills
- Good time management
- Desire to see Gospel transformation
Important Details:
- You will be serving from 2-4 months (timing is flexible).
- This is a volunteer internship that requires raising financial support through ministry partners.
