One Mission Society is an evangelical, interdenominational faith mission, with more than 500 Missionaries partnering with 30+ denominations and more than 14,000 national coworkers who, together, plant more than 6,000 churches each year. Every 31 seconds, on average, someone comes to know the Lord through OMS ministries that are carried out in more than 45 Languages around the world. 

Our Ministry Framework

One Mission Society was founded on the principle that the most effective way to share Christ is by training a nation's people to lead and multiply their churches. That principle still fully applies today and is the basis of our dynamic ministry framework...
Multiplying Disciples: We become vessels of Christ, leading people to a life-changing relationship with Jesus who then go and do the same.
Multiplying Leaders: We then want to see these communities of believers continue to grow deeper  in their faith. We equip leaders in our training centers and seminaries worldwide so the future leaders of the national churches will be from within that country. 
Multiplying Churches:  Once people have heard and accepted the Gospel message, it is natural for them to form a church. We encourage, empower and support new believers to form vital, thriving, and life-changing churches. 
Multiplying Missionaries: Finally, we establish strategic partnerships to show the world that Christians are united to spread the Gospel by working with other mission organizations, ministries and churches in the countries where we serve.
