Member Care Coordinator
As a Christian organization, it is our desire that OMS teams reflect the mission and values of Christ. Christian culture is a caring culture that is played-out in our relationships with God, ourselves, our families, our teammates, and with our ministry-target populations. We must set ourselves apart by our commitment to connect and care.
Member Care from the Regional Hub makes member care more accessible, affording opportunity for personal and professional growth of missionaries, equipping them for thriving ministry. It provides a context-specific base for developing rich relationships with qualified care providers who walk beside missionaries in maintaining healthy relationships, thus building resiliency. Missionaries who develop these skills will be better prepared not only for retention but also meaningful and full service, reflecting the image of Christ. A Member Care Provider will connect, care, and collaborate in the development of this culture.
This role is available in the Asia-Pacific, Europe-Middle East and Latin America-Caribbean Regional Hubs.
